Description

NEUE LONTARA. Traditional makassar language is one of the regional languages which has its own script. The existence of this script is a blessing and a fortune in itself for the local community, because of the hundreds of regional languages in Indonesia, not all of them have characters like those of the Makassar community. This script is often referred to as AKSARA LONTARA.

Neue Lontara is traditionally used for the Bugis, Makassar, and Mandar languages in South Sulawesi, Indonesia. We tried to make it look modern.

We made a lontara style in this modern era with a more modern look and didn’t lose the original elements, so Neue Lonatara was released.
