Our products are made on-demand. It means that after the order is placed, your item will be made. Because of that, we are unable to take back items that were made specifically for you.

Is it possible to change fonts, graphics, or recolor artwork?
- The artwork cannot be edited, altered, or customized.

Damaged Items:
- We will replace damaged items after you provide proof of damage.
- Variations in size and color are expected. Digital devices do not display colors true to life.

There are no refunds for items we sell. All items are made to order and cannot be returned for various reasons.

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or because the item does not fit into your home decor. We will not accept any returns, especially those that were not previously discussed.

If it is our mistake, we will replace your order.
If you made a mistake, you would have to pay for replacements and shipping. You are responsible for verifying you are ordering the right size, color, etc.

Most orders cannot be cancelled because they go into production immediately after your payment is received. In some cases, your order can be cancelled if you contact us within 2 hours.

We are not responsible for shipping delays in general and other delays due to customs, weather, and acts of God. Once we mail the package, ownership of that package transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost or held packages, misdeliveries, errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information.

Please verify your address is correct and up-to-date. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information. Items will not be re-sent or refunded.
We will not ship to PO boxes.
Unclaimed items will not be refunded.

All our products go through extensive quality control prior to shipping. True defects are extremely rare.
